Service & Support
SBCIS dedicated connectivity provides full service support to dedicated
customers seven days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day through our Dedicated
Enhanced Service Center (DESC). This service is accessible via our
toll-free number, 1-866-937-3664 (1 866 WE'RE ON IT), or through e-mail at: trouble@pbi.net.
The Center monitors your dedicated internet access connection (excluding
ISDN and business DSL transport services).
If you place your router
behind a firewall, you must allow ICMP (PING) access, or we will not
be able to monitor your connection.
