Proactive Monitoring

We have an enviable record of proactive trouble notification—our Network Operations Center detects service problems the moment they occur and notifies customers before they become aware of the problem. Additionally, we use tools to detect and forward alarms to our Network Operations Center engineers for identification, tracking, and resolution.

Preventing Outages
Our monitoring team proactively responds to whatever situation arises, enabling us to maximize network availability and minimize costly, unplanned downtime.

Proactive Notification
SBCIS will notify you, via email and/or alpha page, if your service is affected by an unexpected outage or scheduled maintenance. As SBCIS continues to build and develop new technology, notifications may also be sent to numeric pagers and voice mail.
